In this report, it is stated that the detenue was produced before the learned Magistrate and, a statement of the detenue was also recorded. 2. The detenue, who is before us, has stated that he was called to the police station in order to pressurize him to withdraw the complaint filed by him in the year 2019. 3. The 4th respondent is personally present in Court. He strenuously denies any such attempt. 4. In view of the above developments, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.
