Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing for the first respondent and the material available on record was perused. 3. On earlier occasion, this Court directed the learned Additional Government Pleader on 09.04.2025 to take instructions regarding the persons in possession of the property comprised in S.No.134/1 at Rallapadi Village, Periyapalayam Firka, Uthukottai Taluk, Thiruvallur District. 4. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, it is reported by the learned Additional Government Pleader that the subject property had been sold to several persons, and they are in possession of the said property. He also submitted a copy of the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.856/2025/Aa1, dated 14.04.2025 of the Thasildhar, Uthukottai, in this regard. 5.
