The present Writ Petition is filed for the following relief:
“to issue a Writ or Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the proceedings Rc.No.1020/2012/F3/PH/CMOH, dated April, 2016 issued by the 3rd respondent entrusting the day-sanitation and the night- sanitation to work out sourcing system without calling for tenders as per G.O.Ms.No.279 MA and UD(B2), dated 31.12.2015, which is illegal, void, arbitrary and contrary to the guidelines issued in G.O.Ms.No.279 MA UD(B2) dated 31.12.2015 and pass such other or further orders as may be deemed fit and proper and to pass….”
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner represented that cause of action in the Writ Petition does not survive and as such, no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition.
3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition and other miscellaneous petitions, if any, are therefore dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
