It has been informed by the learned counsel for the appellant that only two prosecution witnesses are remaining to be examined before the trial Court and the next date of hearing is fixed on 21.02.2025. Therefore, he prays that the trial Court is directed to examine these witnesses and conclude the trial expeditiously. 2. Not opposed by the respondent. 3. In view of the above, the bail application is dismissed and it is expected that on the next date, the prosecution shall produce remaining two witnesses for recording of their evidence before the trial Court.
