JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR CHOUDHARY ------ For the Petitioners : Ms. Shivangi Sinha, Advocate For the State : Mr. Pankaj Kumar, P.P. ------ Order No:-02 Dated:-25-04-2025 Heard the parties. This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioners with a prayer for modification of the order dated 19.09.2024 passed by this Court in Cr.M.P. No.1751 of 2023 by mentioning the name of the advocate – Shivangi Sinha as her name is there in the Vakalatnama filed by the petitioners in the said Cr.M.P. No.1751 of 2023; instead of the incorrect name of the advocate mentioned in the same. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that vide order dated 19.09.2024 passed in Cr.M.P. No.1751 of 2023, this Court allowed the said Cr.M.P. and quashed and set aside the entire criminal proceedings of Sitaramdera P.S. Case No.63 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. No.455 of 2020 but in the said order, the name of the counsel for the petitioners has wrongly been printed as ‘Ms. Surabhi Sarawagi’ instead of ‘Ms. Shivangi Sinha.’ Perusal of the record reveals that there is force in the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and because of printing error, the name of the counsel for the petitioners has wrongly been mentioned as ‘Ms. Surabhi Sarawagi’ instead of ‘Ms. Shivangi Sinha.’ Accordingly, the order dated 19.09.2024 passed in Cr.M.P. No.1751 of 2023 is modified by substituting name of the counsel for the petitioners as ‘Ms. Shivangi Sinha’ instead of ‘Ms. Surabhi Sarawagi’ and it is ordered that this order be treated as part of the order dated 19.09.2024 passed in Cr.M.P. No.1751 of 2023. The order dated 19.09.2024 passed in Cr.M.P. No.1751 of 2023 is modified to the aforesaid extent only. This criminal miscellaneous petition is disposed of accordingly.
