The Petitioner was appointed as Sweeper in Respondent No.5 School from October, 2024 and is being paid monthly salary of Rs. 6,000/- per month through CPSMS Scheme, which is a Central Government scheme. It is also the case of the Petitioner that she is sole earning member of the family, having two children. 3. Mr. M. Ravi Sankar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for the Respondents, on instructions, would submit that there is no proposal to terminate the services of the Petitioner and that this Writ Petition is misconceived. 4. Recording the submissions made by learned Assistant Government Pleader on instructions, the apprehension of the Petitioner is redressed. Hence, no further orders are required to be passed in this Writ Petition. 5. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
