Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondent and perused the material on record. 3. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case and urgency pleaded on behalf of the petitioner, I deem it just and appropriate to dispose of this petition by directing the Trial Court to consider and dispose of C.Misc.No.255/2024 pending on the file of Judicial Magistrate First Class (Traffic – V), Bengaluru, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
