On 21.03.2025, this Court had passed the order that as per the report of the Registry, respondent No.4 has expired and accordingly, the appellant was directed to take consequential steps for bringing on record the legal representatives of deceased respondent No.4. Thereafter, the matter was posted on 19.05.2025, 23.07.2025, 26.08.2025, 06.11.2025 and 22.12.2025, but till date consequential steps have not been taken by the appellant. On the persuasive request of learned counsel for the appellant, last and final opportunity of two weeks is granted to do the needful, failing which the matter shall be dismissed for non-prosecution without reference to the Court.
