This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "It is, therefore, Most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to allow the present misc. petition and it is further expedient in the interest of justice that this Hon'ble Court may pass an appropriate order directing the Civil Judge (Senior Division) Lalitpur to consider and decide the Interim Injunction application dated 20.02.2025 filed by the application Under Section 94 and 151 read of Order 39 Rule 1 of the C. P. C. in Case No. 95 of 2019 (Rohit Sahu Vs. Brishbhan & others) within a specific span of time as may be determined by this Hon'ble Court." 2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that temporary injunction application filed under Order 39 Rule 1 CPC is pending consideration since 20.02.2025. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to private respondents, with a direction upon Civil Judge (Senior Division) Lalitpur to decide the interim injunction application dated 20.02.2025 pending in Case No. 95 of 2019, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid directions, writ petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the matter on merits.
