The present Criminal Revision has been filed by the applicant with following prayer: “ Looking to the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case, it is prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to set aside the impugned order dated 11.11.2016 (Annexure A-1), passed by First Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Link Court at Balod Distt. Balod (C.G.), in Misc. Cr. Case No. 41/2023, in the interest of justice. ” 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the the proceedings under Section 125 of the CrPC has been concluded, thus, the present criminal revision has become infructuous. 4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant, the present criminal revision is dismissed as infructuous. 5.
