For the Respondents: Mr. Anup Rattan, Advocate General with Mr. Rajan Kahol and Mr. B.C.Verma, Additional Advocate Generals and Mr. Ravi Chauhan, Deputy Advocate General. _______________________________________________________ Sandeep Sharma, Judge(oral): While placing on record instructions dated 15.05.2025, learned Additional Advocate General states that grievance of the petitioners stands redressed. Perusal of aforesaid communication reveals that as per information received from the Deputy Director of Elementary Education, Mandi, the pay of the petitioners Sh. Dinesh Kumar TGT (A), GHS, Leda u/c Government Senior Secondary School Gurkotha and Sh. Dharam Singh TGT(A), Government Senior Secondary School Dhar has been re-fixed and admissible salary arrears 1Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 amounting to Rs. 1, 78, 582/- and Rs. 1,78,796/- respectively have been divided into five equal installments as per the Department of Finance Notification dated 07.01.2012. The first installment of Rs. 36,507/- of Sh. Dinesh Kumar and Rs. 35, 760/- of Sh. Dharam Singh has been remitted to the concerned treasury Offices on 14.05.2025 and remaining installments shall be paid as per the instructions detailed hereinabove and no specific time frame has been given with regard to payment of remaining installments. 2. Consequently, in view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and accordingly same are closed and respondents are directed to ensure that balance amount in total shall be paid expeditiously, preferably within a period of one year.
