ORDER Date : 09.12.2025 Heard Mr. A.C. Sarma, learned senior counsel, assisted by Mr. I.H. Saikia, learned counsel for the applicants. Also heard Mr. I. Ahmed, learned counsel for the respondents.
2. By filing this interlocutory application under section 151 CPC, the applicants have prayed for correction of the following typographical errors in the connected I.A.(Civil) No. 868/2022: i. In first “IN THE MATTER OF” of page 1, there were some blank portions left, which were totally unintentional and in that blank portion, it should be 603 days and I.A.(C) 869/2022 should have been typed and there was also blank Filing Serial No. and that should not have been mentioned.
Page No.# 3/4 ii. In the third line of paragraph-2 of page-4, the date of death of the sole defendant was inadvertently typed as 25.06.2018 instead of 07.06.2018. iii. In seventh and tenth lines of paragraph-3 of page-5, there were two blank portions left and the year was typed as 2021 which were totally unintentional and in that blank portions of seventh line, it should have been 869/2022 and in the tenth line, the vacant portion should have been typed as 603 and there was a blank Filing Serial No., which should not have been mentioned. iv. In third line of paragraph-7 of page-6, there was a blank portion left which was totally unintentional and in that blank portion, it should have been typed as 603. v. In fourth line of paragraph-9 of page-7, there were some blank portions left which were totally unintentional and in that blank portions, that should have been typed as 603. vi. In the prayer portion of page-8, there were two blank portions left, which were totally unintentional and in both that blank portions, that should have been typed as 603 and in the tenth line of the same prayer portion, one word i.e. “Death” was left out in between two words i.e. his and should.
3. Although the learned counsel for the respondents has objected to the prayer made, considering that the corrections which are sought for are typographical errors, the prayer made in this interlocutory application stands allowed.

4. Necessary corrections in the I.A.(Civil) No. 868/2022 shall be carried out by the learned counsel for the respondents under his signature within two days. Similar corrections shall also be carried out in the copy provided to the
learned counsel for the respondents.
5. This interlocutory application stands allowed and disposed of.
