Petitioner, through the medium of this petition has sought following reliefs:- a) Quashing the Office Order dated 01.03.2025 issued by the Respondent No. 3 to the extent of petitioner being transferred to another branch of the Respondents bank in a harsh, haste, inhumane manner, without taking into account the policies and rules in vogue and the same being a disguised transfer as a punishment for not appeasing and conceding to absolutely unlawful orders of the Respondent No.4. b) Directing respondent No. 2 to place the petitioner at a suitable place of posting in view of the rules and provisions coupled with the policies framed by respondent No. 1 in vogue and only after allowing the petitioner to represent herself and place her request for a suitable place of posting preferably in the vicinity of the residence/hometown of the petitioner or at a reasonable distance of the petitioner’s residence/hometown. c) Directing the respondent Nos. 2 & 3 to take into account the complaint/representation submitted by the petitioner alleging the misconduct and harassment perpetrated by respondent No.4 upon the petitioner in light of the rules and norms in vogue.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has instructions from the petitioner not to press the reliefs to the extent of petitioner’s transfer and that the petitioner shall be satisfied in case the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent-J&K Grameen Bank, Jammu, to look into the complaint filed by the petitioner against the respondent. His statement, in support of this contention is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the respondents did not resist the submission made on behalf of the petitioner to dispose of the instant petition, at this stage, as prayed for.

In view of the submission made on behalf of the petitioner and not opposed by the otherside, this petition is disposed of at this stage with a direction to the respondent- J&K Grameen Bank, Jammu to consider the complaint filed by the petitioner against respondent no. 4 and take a decision, thereon, under an intimation to the petitioner.
05. The instant petition is disposed of along with connected application(s).
