...RESPONDENT(S): Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents 2nd and 3rd in not registering the FIR, Pursuant to the Petitioner Complaint dated 16.07.2025 to the 3rd Respondent and dated24.07.2025 to the 2nd respondent therein in relation to the illegal obstruction and threats caused by Respondents 4 to 10, as illegal, arbitrary, malafide, violative of principles of natural justice and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and Consequently direct Respondent No. 2nd and 3rd to forthwith remove the illegal fencing and obstruction caused by Respondent No.4 to 10 on the cement road leading to the Petitioner's house and to restore free and safe access to the Petitioner and his family and Direct Respondent No.2nd and 3rd to take appropriate legal action against Respondents 4 to 10 in accordance with law based on the Petitioners complaint and to pass

The instant Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioner seeking indulgence of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:

to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents 2nd and 3rd in not registering the FIR, Pursuant to the Petitioner Complaint dated 16.07.2025 to the 3rd Respondent and dated 24.07.2025 to the 2nd respondent therein in relation to the illegal obstruction and threats caused by Respondents 4 to 10, as illegal, arbitrary, malafide, violative of principles of natural justice and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and Consequently direct Respondent Nos.2 and 3 to forthwith remove the illegal fencing and obstruction caused by Respondent Nos.4 to 10 on the cement road leading to the Petitioner's house and to restore free and safe access to the Petitioner and his family and Direct Respondent Nos.2 and 3 to take appropriate legal action against Respondents 4 to 10 in accordance with law based on the Petitioners complaint and to pass ....”

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on written instructions dated 31.07.2025 would submit that based on the complaint given by the Petitioner, respondent Police removed the fencing on the cement road leading to the house of the Petitioner and that this Court may pass appropriate orders. 3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that recording the said submission, this Writ Petition may be disposed of. 4. In that view, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
