Present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner inter-alia with the prayer to quash the impugned order dated 11.02.2025 passed by the respondent no.2-District Magistrate, Bareilly by which the financial and administrative power of the petitioner has been seized. 2. Supplementary affidavit filed today, it is taken on record. 3. It is stated in para no.3 of the supplementary affidavit that two members committee comprising of Executive Engineer Construction Division/Works Department and Project Director District Village Development Authority, Bareilly after conducting the final inquiry has submitted its report dated 01.05.2025 exonerating the petitioner from the charges and only slight negligence on the part of the petitioner was found and no irregularity or misappropriation of any money of any kind was found in the final inquiry and the recommendation was made to deduct/recover 6% amount from the petitioner, copy of which is annexed as Annexure SA-I to the supplementary affidavit. 4. It is argued by Sri Girijesh Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner that respondent no.2-District Magistrate, Bareilly is directed to take final decision pursuant to the aforesaid inquiry report. 5. On the other hand, it is argued by the learned Standing Counsel, appearing on behalf of the State-respondents that respondent no.2 will take appropriate decision in the matter, expeditiously. 6. In the facts and circumstances of the case and also in the interest of justice, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.2-District Magistrate, Bareilly to take appropriate decision in the matter, strictly in accordance with law, preferably within period of two weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 7.
