Heard the parties.
The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No.209 of 2024, arising out of Chas P.S. Case No. 71 of 2024, corresponding to G.R. Case No.571 of 2024, for the offences registered under Section 302 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Bokaro. On 25.03.2024, brother of the informant namely Monu Kumar was murdered by the petitioner. It appears that knife which was used in committing in murder of the deceased was also recovered on the pointing out of the petitioner.
In view of the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected.
