ORAL ORDER
Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing the matter for some time, submits that, at this stage, petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to the petitioner to renew his bail application after examination of the victim girl is completed before the Trial Court.
2. He further submits that petitioner is a youngster and is in custody for more than five months and therefore, Trial Court may be directed to expedite the trial and examine the victim girl - C.W.2 on priority.
3. Said submission is placed on record.

4. Accordingly, petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty as prayed for.
5. It is needless to state that the Trial Court as well as the prosecution shall make efforts to examine C.W.2 on priority before the Trial Court.
