Moinul Hoque, the Chairman of Kurua Gaon Panchayat Samabai Samittee Limited as party respondent no.8 in WP(C) No.5018/2025. According to the learned counsel for the applicants, the said opposite party would be necessary to be impleaded as party respondent no.8 in WP(C) No.5018/2025. However, upon perusal of the cause title, it appears that the parties proposed to be arrayed as the respondent no.8 has not been arrayed as opposite party and as a consequence thereof it is not possible to issue notices upon the opposite party no.8. Upon the pointed query made by the Court, learned counsel for the applicants submits, he would not like to press this application as the respondent no.7, namely, the Kurua GP Samabai Samittee Limited to which Md.
