Order 29/08/2025
Learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw this civil writ petition as he has instructions to make a request to the learned Rajasthan Non-Government Educational Institutions Tribunal, Jaipur (for short, “learned Tribunal”) for expeditious disposal of his application no.28/2025 in view of the meagre amount being paid by the Management to him towards salary and other allowances. In view thereof, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
[2025:RJ-JP:34610] (2 of 2) [CW-12906/2025] However, it goes without saying that if any such request is made, the learned Tribunal is expected to consider the same taking into consideration its calendar, the pendency of applications/appeals and their priority. Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of accordingly.
