GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of the Respondent No.3/Station House Officer Pullalacheruvu Police Station in taking action on the Petitioners Compliant dt 08.12.2020 as illegal arbitrary unconstitutional and violation of principles of natural justice and contrary to the judgment in Lalitha Kumari Vs Government of U P and others reported in 2014 2 SCC 1.” 2. Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that the disputes between the parties are purely civil in nature. 3. For ready reference, the written instructions are extracted hereunder: “It is submitted that, the respondent Pullalacheruvu Police did not receive any complaint from the petitioner till today. It is further submitted that, even after knowing about the present writ petition the respondent police enquired with the revenue officials about the said disputed property which reveals the total matter is belongs to civil in nature, hence the respondent police have no right to enter in civil 3 dispute with regard to the non registration of the crime about the complainant already decided by this Hon’ble Court in WP.No.8384/2020 and WP.No.15551/2020.” 4. In that view, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Petitioners are at liberty to work out their remedies before appropriate forum in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
