Vide order dated 08.01.2025, the detenue was produced in Court but refused to go with the parents and so was the stand of the parents. This matter has been fixed today on the letter dated 01.07.2025 received from detenue, wherein it has been stated that the detenue while staying at Balika Grah as ordered by this Court has desired to go with her parents. 3. The detenue is present in Court. The parents are also present in Court as identified by their counsel. The parents are ready to take the detenue along with them. 4. Let the detenue be sent with her parents by the Superintendent Hostel, Balika Grah after complying with the requisite formalities. 5. In view of the above, no further order is called for.
