This petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed seeking direction to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Azamgarh to decide the Case No. 03 of 2024 (Sanno Singh Vs. Sandeep Singh) under Section 125 Cr.P.C., P.S.- Nizamabad, District-Azamgarh. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has not been paid the interim maintenance till date. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid case within a period of sixty days, as expeditiously as possible, after giving opportunity of hearing to both the parties, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
