Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned AGA for the State and perused the record. 2. Pursuant to the order dated 07.03.2025, the corpus, Chandni, has been produced before this Court by Sub-Inspector Mohd. Imam Hasan (PNO No. 231063847), Police Station Raja Talab, Commissionerate Varanasi. 3. Upon examination by the Court, the corpus, Chandni, has stated that she is 19 years old. She affirmed that she has solemnized marriage with respondent no. 4, Vijay Kumar, in accordance with Hindu customs and rites and has expressed her clear and unequivocal desire to reside with her husband, respondent no. 4. 4. In light of her voluntary statement, Sub-Inspector Mohd. Imam Hasan (PNO No. 231063847), Police Station Raja Talab, Commissionerate Varanasi, who escorted the corpus to the Court, is directed to release her forthwith to go with her husband, respondent no. 4. 5.
