The petitioners have filed this petition seeking the following relief(s):- “10.(i) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct respondent no. 2 and 3 to comply the order dated 10.11.2017 passed by the learned Upper Commissioner Bilaspur, District Bilaspur in case no. 30/A-82/2016-2017 within stipulate time, in the interest of justice. Digitally signed by RAMESH KUMAR VATTI 2 10.(ii) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to give liberty to the petitioners to file the detail representation before the respondent authorities to seeking compliance of order dated 10.11.2017 passed by the learned Upper Commissioner Bilaspur, Division Bilaspur in case no. 30/A-82/2016-2017 and if the petitioners made such representation this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent to decide the representation of the petitioner within stipulated time, in the interest of justice. 10.(iii) Any other relief which may be suitable in the facts and circumstances of the case including cost of the petition, may also be granted.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners would fairly submit that liberty may be reserved in favour of the petitioners to move an application before the Additional Commissioner, Bilaspur, Division Bilaspur for compliance of order dated 10.11.2017 passed in Case No. 30/A-82/2016-2017. 3. No objection from other side. 4. Permission granted. 5. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of reserving liberty in favour of the petitioners to move an application for compliance of order dated 10.11.2017 and if such an application is moved by the petitioners, it is expected that the authority concerned decide it expeditiously.
