RAMA CHANDRA RAO GURRAM The Court made the following: 2 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE TARLADA RAJASEKHAR RAO CONTEMPT CASE NO. 3617 of 2024 ORDER: This Court vide order, dated 22.07.2024 in W.P.No.14778 of 2024 directed the 4th respondent to consider the representation, dated 10.06.2024 submitted by the petitioner school and to pass appropriate orders by following due procedure contemplated under the law and communicate such order to the petitioner school, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the order. As the respondents have not complied with the said order, the present contempt case is filed. 2. The 1st respondent filed counter affidavit enclosing the proceeding of the District Educational Officer, Prakasam District, Ongole, and it is stated as follows: “The Mandal Educational Officer, Addanki has submitted the report and recommended to adjust the surplus teacher from needy school i.e., Prakasam Aided Elementary School, Addanki of Addanki Mandal. As per the pupil teacher ratio, there is a need one SGT at Prakasam Aided Elementary School, Addanki by way of adjustment from surplus teacher. The Secretary and Correspondent, Prakasam Aided Upper Primary School, Addanki, Bapatla District erstwhile Prakasam District is requested to join the above teacher and submit compliance in the matter. It is also informed that the representation of the Correspondent, Prakasam Aided Upper Primary School, Addanki of Addanki Mandal is not feasible and the representation disposed of.” 3. As the respondents complied with the orders of this Court, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present contempt case. If at all the petitioner aggrieved by the orders, dated 12.11.2024, the petitioner is at liberty to file appropriate proceedings before the appropriate authority in accordance with law. 4. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
