Learned counsel appearing on both sides are present. 3. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that they filed a letter dated 19.02.2025, wherein it states that, the matter has been compromised between the appellant and respondents and requested to withdraw the appeal. 4. Learned counsel for the respondents also conceded with the said submission of learned counsel for the appellant and reports no objection. 5. Permission is accorded. 6. Accordingly, the Appeal Suit is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Interim orders granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated.
