It is further submitted that fact of getting medical treatment at unrecognized hospital is not disputed by the respondents. In this regard, learned counsel for the petitioner has relied upon the judgment dated 02.03.2023 passed in SBCWP No. 12544/2019 titled as Dr. Vidyadharmeel Vs. State of Raj. & Ors. and submitted that the controversy involved in the instant matter is no more res integra and stands resolved by the above cited judgment passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court.
