(Oral) While placing on record communication dated nil, issued under the signatures of Regional Manager, HRTC, Solan, addressed to FA & CAO, HRTC, Shimla, Ms. Shrutika Chauhan, learned counsel representing the respondent states that in terms of judgment, alleged to have been violated, leave encashment amount to the tune of Rs.7,89,260/- stands paid to the petitioner vide Cheque No.166994 dated 16.08.2024. She states that some amount on account of DCRG is yet to be released and for that purpose, some more time is required. Learned counsel representing the respondent undertakes to release the amount on account of DCRG within a period of three months. 2. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and accordingly the same are closed, reserving liberty to the petitioner to get the present petition revived, in case needful is not 2025:HHC:1421 -2- done within the stipulated time, enabling this Court to pass appropriate orders against the erring officials.
