GP FOR EDUCATION The Court made the following Order: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief: “…..to issue a writ or order more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus or an appropriate writ or order declaring the inaction on the part of the respondents in not absorbing the petitioner in the existing aided vacancy in the post of Lecturer in Commerce in the 3rd respondent college as illegal, arbitrary, discriminatory, violative of the Fundamental Rights guaranteed under the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to absorb the petitioner in the existing aided vacancy in the post of Lecturer in Commerce in the respondent No 3 College and pass such other order…….” 2. Mr.I.Koti Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Education are present. 3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is conjointly submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Education that the issue involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court in Writ Appeal No.1193 of 2023 and batch, dated 23.08.2024. 4. In view of the submissions made by both the petitioner’s counsel and the learned Assistant Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is disposed of, in terms of the above said judgment in Writ Appeal No.1193 of 2023 and batch, dated 23.08.2024. 5. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. 6.
