The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 278/2024 arising out of Manjhari (Tantnagar O.P.) P.S. Case No. 10/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 376, 448 & 511 of the I.P.C. subsequently charge has been framed under Sections 376/511, 354A, 457 & 506 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned A.S.J.-III, West Singhbhum, Chaibasa. 3. The petitioner entered into the house of the informant and attempted to rape the daughter of the informant. However, when she resisted, petitioner fled away. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody for about ten months. 5. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.S.J.-III, West Singhbhum, Chaibasa in connection with S.T.
