In view of the fact that a charge sheet vide C.C.No.137 of 2022 has already been filed on 22.03.2022 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Tekkali, pending the present petition, learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition. 4. Permission as sought for is accorded. Accordingly, this criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with a liberty to challenge the aforementioned charge sheet, if at all aggrieved by the same.
