Joshi, learned AGA on behalf of the State of Uttarakhand. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 22.02.2024, the respondents have acted and counseled the parties, and the private respondents have stopped troubling the petitioners, and in that view, no further directions are required. 3. In that view of the matter, the Writ Petition stands disposed off, by placing on record the submission of learned counsel for the petitioners.
