Learned Deputy Advocate General states that the State has preferred an appeal against the judgment dated 04.01.2025, passed by this Court and has placed on record copy of order dated 15.12.2025, passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in SLP (Civil) Diary No.59833 of 2025. Therefore, in this view of the matter, no order can be passed in the instant application and the same is dismissed at this stage.
