By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- "10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities, by way of writ of mandamus to consider the case of the petitioner for promotion to higher post of Lecturer, if she hold Departmental Promotion Committee. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities, by way of writ of mandamus to not to further convert Municipal Corporation Raipur Schools to "Swami Atmanand Utkrust Angreji Madhayam Vidalaya". 10.3 Any other relief, which this Hon'ble Court deems fit according to the facts & circumstances of the case may also be granted." 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that all other persons, who were similarly situated and eligible for promotion, have already been promoted to the post of Lecturer. The petitioner, being identically placed and fully eligible for such promotion, has unfortunately not been considered for the said benefit. It is further submitted that, in view of subsequent developments whereby the other eligible persons have been granted promotion, the petitioner 3 seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a limited prayer that the respondent authorities may kindly be directed to consider and decide her pending representation. Counsel further urges that since the case of the petitioner stands on the same footing as that of the other employees who have already been promoted, the respondents may be directed to examine her claim objectively and pass appropriate orders regarding her promotion to the post of Lecturer, within a reasonable period of time. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents agreed with the submissions made by the counsel for the petitioner and has no objection. 4.
