Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the respondents has furnished a copy of the proceedings issued by the 3rd respondent vide proceedings in Rc.No.C2/4989/2024, dated 12.11.2024, wherein it is stated that the representation of the petitioners was rejected as it may cause loss to the temple. 3. Basing on the said instructions, learned counsel for the respondents submits that as the respondents have complied with the order of this Court, dated 05.07.2024 passed in W.P.No.14042 of 2024, the Contempt Case may be closed. 4. Recording the above submission, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. 5.
