Order on Board 08.05.2025 1) The petitioner has filed this petition seeking the following relief(s);-
“i. That this Hon'ble Court. may kindly be pleased to quash the order impugned order Dated 09.08.2008 (P/1) issued by the Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue) Chhavani District Durg. Digitally signed by NADIM MOHLE

To direct kindly the respondent Sub-Divisional Officer(Revenue) Durg to consider the case of the petitioner for issuance of permanent caste certificate without insisting to produce the land records prior to the year 1950, within stipulated period of time. ili. To kindly make any other order that may be deemed fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case including awarding of the costs to the petitioner.” 2) Mr. Tripathi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that according to the provisions of Section 5 of the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes (Regulation of Social Status Certification) Act, 2013 (henceforth ‘the Act of 2013’), the order impugned is appealable; thus, he pray that this petition may be disposed of reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to prefer a duly constituted appeal before the appellate authority and in turn the concerned authority may be directed to decide the appeal expeditiously. 3) No objection from the other side. 4) Taking into consideration the submission made by Mr. Tripathi, this petition is
