JUSTICE SOUMITRA SAIKIA ORDER 15.12.2025 Heard Mr. A Rahman, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Ms. S Page No.# 3/3 Baruah, learned Government Advocate, Assam for the respondent nos. 1 to 4. The petitioner is aggrieved that his representations dated 29.04.2025 and 25.05.2023 filed before the respondent authorities have not been disposed of. Considering the limited prayer of the petitioner, this Court considers it appropriate to dispose the present writ petition by directing the respondent no.5 to dispose of the representation dated 29.04.2023 and also to the respondent no.4 to dispose of the representation dated 25.05.2023. Needless to say that any orders that are passed by the respondents while disposing of these representations, copies thereof shall be served on the writ petitioner. If in the meantime any such orders have been passed disposing of the representations, the copies thereof shall also be served on the writ petitioner. This entire exercise shall be completed within a period of 60 (sixty) days from the date of the receipt of the certified copy of this order. With the above observation, the writ petition stands disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
