GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a writ order or orders specially one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents authorities who has opening and continuing Rowdy/Suspect sheets vide bearing No 06 of 2019 on the file of Narsapuram Rural Police Station Narsapuram West Godavari District as illegal and arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice and non application of mind violative of Articles 14 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and also A P Police Standing Order and consequently direct the respondents authorities to close the Rowdy sheet stated supra” 2 2. Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that no cases are pending against the petitioner. It is further stated that, to curb and curtail the unlawful activities of the Petitioner in the vicinity, Rowdy Sheet was opened against the Petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that, the cases registered against the Petitioner were ended in acquittal and no cases are pending against him. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is allowed and the impugned Rowdy Sheet No.06 of 2019 on the file of Narasapuram Rural Police Station, West Godavari District, against the Petitioner is hereby set aside. There shall be no order as to costs.
