Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the absolute owner and possessor of Ac.0.05 cents in Sy.No.15/1, Ac.0.16 cents in Sy.No.15/2 and Ac.0.09 cents in Sy.No.15/3 of Thirunampalle Village, Konduru Panchayat, Penagalur Mandal. The petitioner made an F-Line Application vide Application No.FSNV012500763058 dated 16.06.2025 (Ex.P2), to conduct a survey and demarcate the boundaries. However, the respondents 4 and 6 failed to conduct the survey.
2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, would submit that the respondents 4 and 6 will act upon the F-Line Application dated 16.06.2025 (Ex.P2), made by the petitioner and survey by following the procedure under the Andhra Pradesh Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923.
3. Given the facts and circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of, at the admission stage, with the consent of both the learned counsel, directing the respondents 4 and 6 to conduct a survey and demarcate the boundaries, in pursuance of F-Line Application made by the petitioner dated 16.06.2025 (Ex.P2), in respect of aforementioned properties, strictly adhering to the procedure mandated under the Andhra Pradesh Survey and Boundaries Act,
1923. This exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible, preferably in six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. No
order as to costs.
4. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dosed.
