Again, the petitioner misused the concession of bail and absented himself from the Court on 02.11.2023. Ultimately, he was declared a proclaimed offender on 03.08.2024. Thereafter, the petitioner was arrested on 10.10.2024 and, since then, he has remained in custody. [4]
Faced with the aforesaid factual position, counsel for the petitioner does not press the instant petition, at this stage. [5]
Dismissed as not pressed, at this stage.
