In captioned CRP, Mr. Ajoy Pebam, learned counsel for the lone petitioner, Mr. S. Sachindra, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 & 2 and Mr. Kh. Lupenjit, learned counsel for the respondent No.3 (proforma respondent) are before this Court.
2. Captioned matter was referred to Mediation. Mediation was conducted by Manipur High Court Legal Services Committee, Imphal, Manipur and the Secretary of High Court Legal Services Committee has communicated to this Court that parties have arrived at amicable settlement, annexed settlement agreement dated 28.08.2025 and scanned reproduction of 28.08.2025 settlement ‘captioned agreement’ for division of land is as follows:

3. To be noted, respondent No.3 (proforma respondent) is not a party to the afore referred agreement for division of land dated 28.08.2025 but Mr. Kh. Lupenjit, learned counsel for respondent No.3 very fairly submits that there is no objection whatsoever for the captioned matter being disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement i.e., agreement for settlement of land dated
28.08.2025.
4. Captioned ‘CRP’ is disposed of as closed/settled in terms of afore referred agreement for division of land dated 28.08.2025 which shall now form part of instant order of this Court. Parties will stand governed by the agreement for division of land dated 28.08.2025 and if the authorities concerned are approached for order/s regarding record correction in terms of the agreement for division of land dated 28.08.2025, the Authorities shall do the needful in accordance with law and on the merit of the plea subject to parties submitting necessary document/s and paying the prescribed fee, if any.
5. Captioned ‘CRP’ is disposed of as settled amicably in the aforesaid manner.
6. There shall no order as to costs.
