Mr. Sumit Sharma, Deputy Advocate General, for the respondents-State. By way of the present application, the applicant has prayed for revival of the execution petition decided on 23.05.2025. 2. Learned Deputy Advocate General has produced a letter dated 10.03.2026 and a copy of order dated 10.06.2025 passed by the Director of School Education, Himachal Pradesh. The same are taken on record. 3. A perusal of the order dated 10.06.2025 reveals that the petitioner has been regularized in service in terms of the decision passed in CWP No.1853 of 2009, titled, Arpana Bali vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and others, w.e.f. 01.01.2008. 4. This Court vide judgment dated 01.03.2025 had directed the respondents to consider and decide the pending representation dated 25.08.2024 (Annexure P-5) of the petitioner expeditiously, preferably within a period of four weeks. 5. Since the mandate contained in the said judgment has been fully complied with, thereby regularizing the service of the petitioner w.e.f. 01.01.2008, the application filed by the applicant/petitioner for revival of the execution petition does not survive and the same is accordingly disposed of.
