This is a disposed of matter listed on Board today under the heading “To Be Mentioned” on the basis of the office note dated 10.09.2025 for the reason that at paragraph no.85 of the order dated 01.08.2025 the amount mentioned in word has wrongly been typed as “(Fifty Thousand) per month” instead of “(Forty Thousand) per month” whereas the amount has rightly been mentioned as Rs. 40,000/- in digit. 2. We have gone through the order dated 01.08.2025 and found that inadvertently due to typographical mistake, the said error has been crept up in the said order. 3. Hence, the order dated 01.08.2025 is modified to the extent that at paragraph no.85 instead of “(Fifty Thousand) per month” the word “(Forty Thousand) per month” be read. 4.
