Consequently, the recalling application is hereby allowed subject to payment of total cost of Rs. 500/- to be deposited with Rajasthan High Court Bar Association, Jaipur within a period of two weeks. Orders dated 05.12.2024 and 09.04.2025 are hereby recalled. The Civil Writ Petition will be restored to its original number upon deposition of the aforesaid cost. Registry to proceed accordingly.
