All these three bail applications arise out of the same police case and as such, these bail applications are being disposed of by this common order. The petitioners have been made accused in connection with Itki P.S. Case No. 39 of 2024(N), corresponding to NDPS Case No.104 of 2024, for the offence registered under Sections 21(c)/29 of NDPS Act and Section 27(b)(ii) of Drugs & Cosmetic Act, pending in the court of Sri Diwakar Pandey, learned Judicial Commissioner-cum-Special Judge, NDPS, Ranchi. On 25.06.2024 at about 03:00 p.m., Itki Police on the basis of confidential information raided a place near Lal Saheb Petrol Pump, Station Road, Itki and seized 1500 bottles of 100 ml. Onerex Cough Syrup, 1872 Narcotic capsules and 2180 prohibited tablets from there. All three petitioners were apprehended from the place of occurrence. Mr. Satish Kumar Keshri and Mr. Bhola Nath Ojha, learned A.P.Ps appearing on behalf of the State has submitted that from the F.S.L. report, it has been conferred that the seized materials content prohibited drugs. Considering the fact that commercial quantities of drugs were recovered from the possession of the petitioners, I am not inclined to release the petitioners, on bail. Accordingly, their prayer for bail is hereby rejected. (Ambuj Nath, J.) BS/-
