For ACB 3 The Court made the following: ORDER: The instant petition under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed by the petitioner/accused No.1, seeking quashment of proceedings against him in C.C.No.24 of 2019, on the file of Special Judge for Trial of SPE & ACB cases, Kurnool. 2. Heard Sri V.Vinod K Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms.K.Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. 3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the petition may be disposed of dispensing the presence of the Petitioner before the trial Court on every adjournment. 4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 5. Considering the submissions made, the Criminal Petition is disposed of, dispensing with the presence of the petitioner before the trial Court, unless his presence is specifically directed by the trial Court. However, the petitioner is at liberty to raise all the contentions before the trial Court in his defence. The learned trial Judge may appreciate the same and take an appropriate decision in accordance with law. Pending interlocutory applications, if any, shall stands closed.
