The writ petition has been filed for the following relief: "I. to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No 2 to decide the Case No T202305470405220 under section 67 (1) of UP Revenue code 2006 Gaon Sabha village Panchayat Badgo Pargana Haveli Tehsil Farenda District Maharajganj Vs Surya Prakash Misra and Case No T202305470405221 under section 67 (1) of UP Revenu code 2006 Gaon Sabha village Panchayat Badgo Pargana Haveli Tehsil Farenda District Maharajganj Vs Om Prakash Misra expeditiously within specified period as fixed by this Honable Court." 3. Learned Standing Counsel raised a preliminary objection that the petitioner is the complainant and is not party to the aforesaid proceedings, therefore, the proceedings cannot be expedited at his behest. 4. In view of the above, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 5. Since the proceedings are pending, it is expected that the same shall be decided in accordance with law. 6.
