The petitioner sought relaxation of the condition imposed by the learned XV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Nuzvid, in Crl.M.P.No.167 of 2025 in Crime No.42 of 2025 of Veeravalli Police Station, while granting bail to the Petitioner. As per the said conditI'On, the Petitioner Was directed tO appear before the lnvestigatl'ng Officer twice a week, I-.e., every Wednesciay and Saturday, between 10:00 A.M. and 12:00 Noon, for a period of three months --I£. The learned Public Prosecutor submits that` the investigation is not yet completed, as certain documents are required to be sent to the FSL, for whl'ch an applicatI-On has been filed before the learned Trial Court, in which the Petitioner iS expected tO file his counter. Hence, the learned Public Prosecutor opposed the present applicatI-On On the ground that the investigation is still pending-
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the health condition of the petitioner does not permit hl'm to appear before the Investigating offl-cer twice a week, as the petitioner requires surgery to his nose

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is of the view that balancing of equity is required to be maintained between the parties. !f the condition is slightly relaxed by directing the petitioner to appear before the Investigating Officer once a week, I-.e., on every saturday between 10:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M., i{ would meet the ends of justice. Accordingly, the condition imposed earlier is relaxed.
