Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Patan P.S. Case No. 65 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of Arms Act, pending in the court of Sri Nishikant, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Palamau at Daltonganj. 3. On 31.05.2024 at about 7.00 p.m., brother of the Informant namely Yogendra Yadav was shot dead by co-accused Dilip Paswan and Manveer Paswan. 4. It was submitted that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. It was further submitted that co-accused Amit Paswan has been granted bail by this court earlier vide B.A. No. 10491 of 2024 by order dated 12.12.2024. 5. Mr. Ashutosh Ranjan Kumar, learned counsel for the Informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that trial is under progress.. 6. Considering the fact that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner, petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Nishikant, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Palamau at Daltonganj in connection with Patan P.S.
