Page No.# 2/2 This petition was instituted alleging deliberate and willful violation of the order of this Court dated 08.08.2019 passed in WP(C)/2395/2019. Shri Rahman, learned counsel for the petitioner has, however, informed that during the pendency of this petition, the aforesaid order in question has been complied with.
